Description:

The Specialist, Loss Mitigation Document is responsible for processing servicing loan documents, in digital format, and load them into the document management system to optimize business processes, meet regulatory requirements and customer care needs.

This is all back office work, no borrower facing contact. Great attention to detail and experience working in mortgage loan servicing.

Responsible for digitally combining packages and checking image for quality and accuracy.

Responsible for identifying correct borrower loan number and cross-reference by name, address, phone number, social security number or email address in LoanServ and Valeri.

Load document images to electronic document repository database - EDMS and accurately categorize/index.

Aid in the disposition of documents process.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Proficient in Excel, Adobe Acrobat.

Knowledge of various file formats.

VA/FHA loan exp
