　　Responsibilities

　　Use design expertise to contribute to a wide variety of project types,including environmental, print, digital, and brand developmentWork under the mentorship of experienced designers and will gain experienceand insight into project processesWork closely with communications and marketing teams to design and realizeprojects that highlight internal and external brandParticipate in strategy sessions to concept and define projectsThe position will experience hands-on learning and mentorship opportunitiesthat include education, vendor visits and construction site tours.

　　Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Art,Graphic Design, or other relevant programHas completed the second year of an undergraduate program or starting agraduate programHas an online portfolio that demonstrates a strong grasp of the fundamentalsof graphic design - including color theory, typography, composition, and scaleProficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Adobe Photoshop,Illustrator, InDesign)Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskStrong verbal, written, and graphic communication skillsResourceful, self-motivated, enthusiastic team playerOutstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
