Daily tasks include pre-oping machinery, monitoring keycomponents, operating a man lift, moving heavy material/ingredients fromstorage for use, maintaining a clean work area, and keeping detailednotes on how the machine ran for each day. As always, there will beother job functions as assigned by our supervisor. The mogul machinesare at the beginning of our candy making process. These machines formour candy centers into specific shapes. The typical schedule for thisjob is Sunday through Wednesday from 6:00am until 4:30pm.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Operates and maintains machinery, equipment and tools in a safe andproficient manner according to standards, guidelines and instructions.

　　Sets up equipment, observes process and activity in area or on line.Ensures product meets specifications per RSC requirements.

　　Performs maintenance as required. Must have ability to read scales,rules, tapes and thermometers.

　　Must be able to read and understand product/quality specificationsestablished by RSC for each product and recognize deviations from thosespecifications.

　　Must be able to read and understand formulas/recipes and measurements.

　　Responsible for monitoring candy weight, quality and production rates.

　　Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the machine.

　　Responsible for machine condition and communicating any issues with themachine to the supervisor.

　　Requires repeated bending, lifting, stooping and climbing up and downstairs. Also requires, heavy lifting.

　　Must be able to understand and complete paperwork accurately. Must havegood record keeping ability.

　　Conform to rules.

　　May be assigned other jobs by plant management as required.
