　　Starting pay for the market:  The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr plus pay incentives based on productivity. Base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

In this role as a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be the go-to expert for on-road services at our Commercial Truck & Tire Centers. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring customer satisfaction through your technical expertise and attentive service.

　　About the Role: What will you do?  

　　Technical Expertise: Conduct preventative and light maintenance on commercial vehicles, focusing on various areas such as wheel end work, brakes, air systems, and more.

　　Tire Service: Provide specialized tire services, including mounting, dismounting, and repairs.

　　Safety: Uphold safety and liability policies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment

　　Work Together: Collaborate as part of a motivated team to meet organizational goals and deadlines.

　　Physical: Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting. 

　　Basic Requirements

　　Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 21 years of age.

　　Must have one year of previous commercial truck mechanical service experience.

　　Must have a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle required for the position and be able to meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
