　　As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for themaintenance, repair, and safe operation of various equipment critical toour mining operations.

　　Your role will consist of

　　Mechanical Maintenance:-Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on awide range of mining machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance andminimize downtime.-Troubleshoot mechanical issues and develop effective repair solutions toprevent equipment breakdowns.

　　Preventative Maintenance:-Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan ofequipment and prevent unexpected failures.-Conduct systematic checks, lubrication, and parts replacement as needed.

　　Safety Compliance:-Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and state/federalregulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.-Identify and report safety hazards promptly.

　　Documentation and Reporting:-Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, andrepairs.-Complete daily reporting requirements accurately, including written andverbal communication of work performed.

　　Equipment Operation:-Operate mining equipment as necessary to assist in mine operations.-Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment while adhering to safetyguidelines.

　　Your Training, Skills & Experience Checklist-Proven experience as a mechanic, with a preference for 5+ years ofexperience in heavy equipment maintenance.-Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.-Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in heavy machinery.-Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in equipment maintenance.-Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, andtechnical drawings.-Understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safework environment.-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

　　Working Conditions & Location-This is a full-time position, often requiring 12-hour shifts with rotationsbetween day and night shifts.-This position is based at our mining site in Cripple Creek, Colorado(CC&V), where we conduct mining operations critical to our industry.-Based at the mining site, which may involve exposure to varying weatherconditions and rugged terrain.
