　　We are looking for a Mobile Device Management specialist to help with resolving incidents/tasks related to mobile devices, coordinating new hire provisioning orders, mobile device refreshes, and loaner devices.

　　Key Responsibilities:• Responsible for the resolution of incidents/tasks related to mobile devices• Coordinate the new hire provisioning orders, mobile device refreshes and loaner devices.• Process Move/Add/Change/Disconnect (MACD) requests, plan changes and service support.• Create and maintain reports related to mobile devices in ServiceNow and the Verizon Wireless Business web portal.• Manage the Verizon Wireless Business account and assist in the resolution of any mobile devices with billing issues or questions.Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

　　1+ years of Mobile Device Management experience

　　Experience working with external vendors IE. cell phone carriers.
