　　The Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) Team Leader oversees the Mobile CrisisResponse Team. The MCR Team is responsible for responding to acutemental health and related crises in the community to prevent crises frombecoming emergencies. Travel will be required; a Center vehicle isprovided.

　　This position will be on call for backup coverage as needed,Develop/Build an MCR program that meets the needs of consumers andthe community.Supervises Masters Level Clinicians, Recovery Specialists, and PeersSupport Specialists on the MCR team.Assists with the hiring and training of team staff.Provides clinical supervision and evaluation for members of the MCRteam.Oversee the team in helping individuals experiencing a crisis eventto experience relief quickly and to resolve the crisis situationwhen possible.Ensures the MCR team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and365 days a year. Duties will require some after-hours availability.Provides mobile crisis services, assessment and screens forpatients.Ensures the team provides appropriate care/support.Participate in public information and public relations activities.
