Identifying and elevating opportunities for driving growth (revenue and profitability), identifying opportunities to invest / reduce costs, setting business goals and performing pricing analysis/contract review to support profitable growth.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor who provides business partnering support to the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) business unit. This role will support the Senior MMS Business Partner and the MMS commercial teams.

Main responsibilities will include:
Full ownership of the Ambulatory portfolio
Which consists of monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, budgeting and ad-hoc requests.
Forecasting and Budgeting
Assist the Senior MMS Business Partner to build a bottom-up forecast/ budget based on analysis of underlying performance and sales funnels. Loading forecasts/ budgets into a consolidation tool (BPC).
Informed Decision Making
Perform detailed insightful and coherent analyses to inform tactical decision making in-country and help the business to manage risks, leverage opportunities and deliver on financial commitments.
Support Inside Sales
Update the inside sales report which provides insights and analysis that will enable the team to maximize revenue growth and deliver on business objectives.
Sales Targets
Assist in the annual sales target setting exercise. Updating the report to create local sales quotas.
Reporting
Ensure a suite of monthly reports are updated and sent to the business in a timely fashion.
Segmentation and Territory Management
Assist in reviewing/ updating customer segmentation and align on existing territory design & optimization.
Process Improvements
Assist in maintaining clean master data.
Ad-hoc
Support projects and workstreams at Business Unit level.
About you
ACCA or CIMA (minimum part-qualified) or AAT (Qualified)
Minimum of 2 years Finance/commercial finance experience.
You are used to working with large datasets and you excel in an environment like this.
You are an intermediate / advanced excel user.
You have great interpersonal and good communication skills.
You speak English fluently.
Commercial experience would be an advantage.
Power BI knowledge would be a great asset.
Experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical industry would be a plus.
