　　The MLex Specialist position creates and secures qualified business opportunities to generate new revenue within LexisNexis as well as provides support for MLex renewals.

　　Responsibilities

　　Making outbound sales contact (including cold calling) to develop a portfolio of customers

　　Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records, and completing required documentation

　　Identifying and qualifying prospective customers and recording sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems

　　Developing and applying broad and special knowledge of products and solutions

　　Translating business issues into actionable changes to react to internal/external challenges

　　Presenting and explaining different products and solutions, and overcoming potential objections

　　Requirements

　　Have excellent lead generation and inside sales experience

　　Be experienced with cold calling

　　Be a great listener, quick thinker, and the ability to work solo and as a team

　　Display solid verbal and written communication skills

　　Be able to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions

　　Be able to impact team and related teams' activities, while following policies and guidelines
