　　Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, modeling, design, and construction of drinking water, stormwater, and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a mid-level engineer to assist with our innovative drinking water, stormwater, and wastewater projects in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

　　Specifically, we are seeking a Mid-Level Environmental Engineer to supportthe continued growth of our Midwest Region. As part of our team, you will work on projects related to drinking water, stormwater, wastewater and reuse projects, including but not limited to treatment facilities, planning and feasibility studies, and critical water reuse projects that create sustainable and resilient water supplies for our communities.

　　Responsibilities

　　Engineering planning and design efforts associated with water, wastewater, stormwater, and reuse treatment and conveyance infrastructure, including:

　　Developing plans and specifications

　　Preparing cost estimates for various projects

　　Completing system modeling

　　Performing permitting and alternative analysis

　　Preparing technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverables

　　Completing data entry and analysis

　　Providing engineering services during construction

　　Participating in field activities such as pilot testing

　　Actively participating in in professional associations, including attendance and participation in local, regional, and national conferences

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental or other similar engineering field

　　Minimum academic requirements including coursework such as physical, chemical, and biological processes; hydraulics; and principles of water and wastewater treatment plant and infrastructure design

　　6 to 12 years of directly-relevant experience in water, stormwater, and wastewater engineering

　　Professional Engineers License, or ability to obtain

　　Application of engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills

　　Works well in a team environment

　　Highly motivated, articulate, and self-starting

　　Proficient in MS Word and Excel

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Masters degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

　　Professional Engineering Licensure
