Provides comprehensive alcohol and drug services, including assessmentsand individual, group and family counseling. GENERAL: Must demonstratecompetence in prevention, intervention and treatment of addictions andmental health issues and have experience with gender-specific andevidence-based services and supports and best practices; evaluation;professional ethics; cultural considerations; and all phases of thedelivery of services. Must be familiar with state and local resources aswell as OAR treatment regulation. Essential Functions: \' Completecomprehensive, ASAM-based drug and alcohol assessments and developappropriate services and support plan. \' Facilitate and effectivelyutilize evidence-based practices in individual and group counselingsettings. \' Maintain accurate records and complete all forms,assessments and file management paperwork as directed \' Maintainfamily-centered services and support; as appropriate and if requested byindividual and approved by treatment team. \' Provide individualsessions with each client assigned. \' Observe and comply with all OARrules \' Understanding of HIPAA rules \' Cooperate with other staff toprovide quality services for individuals \' Cover clinicalresponsibilities for colleagues as required \' Participate in staffmeetings and training opportunities \' Maintain current credential andseek opportunities to advance skills \' Maintain knowledge of communityresources. \' Professionally communicate with referral sources and staffof partner agencies Experience and Skills Requirements: \' 150 Alcohol &Drug Education Hours: All education hours must be accredited or approvedby a recognized/approved accreditation body.
