Manager, Implementation LeadPosition Summary: As a Manager Lead on the Implementation team, you\'llbe providing world-class customer service to our Business Partners,Employers, Agents, Brokers, Insurance Carriers, TPAs, employerrelationships and channel partners. Using a consultative approach, youwill onboard our employers, develop an optimal plan design to meet theirbusiness need, create and maintain a formal implementation plan, anddeliver on quality execution and employer satisfaction. This is anindividual contributor role that must serve as a mentor and help toonboard new colleagues. This role will also play a critical role insupporting new partnerships and integrations to ensure theimplementation team has education and training needed to support thesecritical additions to the business. Responsibilities * Managehigh-profile, complex partner clients through successful implementationincluding various complex integration components such as file sharing,file mapping and other components that will leverage the ProfessionalServices Team. * Demonstrate and present how our CDH products willfunction within the chosen plan design/configuration. Has a strongcommand of all product offerings, including complex integrationcomponents. * Anticipate, address, and develop solutions for concernsor challenges that an employer may face, leverage internal SMEs whereneeded to drive and deliver on quality execution. Manages implementationby developing and maintaining a detailed project plan for each assignedemployer, with sign off by the partner at onset, throughout variouscomponents and upon completion. * Develop and conduct new hireonboarding, training, mentoring * Acts as a SME for an assigned pillarpartner responsible for driving process improvement within the pillarboth internally and externally. * Engage in extensive processimprovement work throughout the year not only within the implementationteam but for projects across the organization * Completes file testingfor specific file types and owns communication for all file testingthroughout the course of the implementation. * Participates inpre-sales discussions, RFPs and finalist meetings to ensure potentialnew business is supported Qualifications * 7+ years\' experience inhealthcare operations and/or implementation * High School Diplomarequired; Bachelor\'s degree preferred. * Excellent interpersonal,negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Proven track record ofleading large-scale process improvement projects resulting in increasedefficiency, repeatability for other clients, etc. * Exceptional verbaland written communication skills. * Experience in project management.* Strong problem-solving skills. * Self-starter with a strong sense ofownership * \"No task is too small\" attitude, with a passion forservice excellence and an eagerness to learn. Actual salary may vary up or down depending onjob-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, andlocation.
