　　Job Information

　　This role is responsible for delivering training programs and materials to manufacturing employees in order to enhance their knowledge and skills. The primary focus is on providing training for operational processes, equipment usage, safety procedures, and quality control measures. This position will work closely with the training team and operations managers, supervisors and team leads.

　　Role & Responsibility

　　Conduct training sessions for new and existing manufacturing employees on various operational processes, equipment usage, safety protocols, and quality control procedures

　　Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and training manuals, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to trainees

　　Assess training needs through observation, feedback, and performance evaluations to identify knowledge gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions

　　Collaborate with subject matter experts and department managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and manufacturing best practices

　　Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, such as classroom training, hands-on demonstrations, e-learning modules, and simulations, to facilitate effective learning

　　Monitor and evaluate trainee performance during and after training sessions, providing constructive feedback and additional coaching as needed

　　Maintain training records and documentation, including attendance sheets, training completion certificates, and training evaluation forms

　　Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing processes and training methodologies

　　Collaborate with the Training Manager to continuously improve training programs, identify areas for enhancement, and implement innovative training solutions

　　Adhere to safety protocols and ensure trainees are aware of and follow safety guidelines at all times

　　Job Requirement

　　Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

　　Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment in a training or instructional role

　　Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operations, and quality control measures

　　Knowledge of welding process (GMAW)(GMAW-P), welding equipment, and weld quality.

　　Knowledge of maintenance of welding machines.

　　Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver training content to diverse audiences

　　Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools

　　Demonstrated ability to assess training needs, develop training materials, and measure training effectiveness

　　Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate training records and documentation

　　Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with employees at all levels

　　Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines

　　Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of manufacturing and training

　　Travel required: 25% - 50%
