　　In your role, you will

　　Methods Agent - Temporary position 12 months

　　Support the various production challenges and other services related to composite parts or metal bonding on a daily basis. You and your team will have to react to situations coming from various departments that could cause production line shutdowns.

　　Participate in problem investigations and resolutions, as well as integrating opportunities for product improvement. You will be proactive in implementing corrective measures that will prevent future line shutdowns.

　　Participate in the development and integration of new parts by providing technical expertise

　　and leadership for the full duration of the project.

　　Review and/or create assembly notebooks, write and display action files as needed. You will also have to write change requests when required.

　　Ensure that there is a person in charge and an action plan that respects the schedule for all problems identified; update the visual management table.

　　Investigate problems related to methods and engineering documentation and initiate appropriate corrective measures.

　　As our ideal candidate

　　You have a college diploma in aeronautics or any other related or equivalent field.

　　You have ten (10) years of experience as a methods agent or other related experience

　　You have relevant experience supporting production operations.

　　You are comfortable reading technical drawings and have good 3D visualization and a good analytical mind

　　You have a good knowledge of aircraft manufacturing and assembly techniques.

　　You have leadership and you support the importance of customer satisfaction.

　　You are a team player, organized, autonomous, resourceful, imaginative and you are perseverant.

　　You enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication skills.

　　You are competent with Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SAP software and knowledge of Catia V5 is an asset.

　　You speak and write in French and English.
