　　In your role, you will

　　• Maintain and harmonize Methods’ Process

　　• Analyze, identify, propose and implement improvements to optimize Methods processes and reduce non value-added activity;

　　• Define and evaluate the main components of projects: scope, schedule, costs, resources, communication, risks, stakeholders, etc.;

　　• Prepare and facilitate the projects governance and ensure the follow-up of action plans;

　　• List, centralize, document, harmonize, and improve the Methods processes by working closely with engineering, procurement, methods, customer service, finance, etc.;

　　• Support users in the Methods team during the deployment phase of new tools and processes;

　　• Conducts root cause analysis for different Methods issues;

　　• Master work plans for Methods team according to the strategy of the department and / or the business unit;

　　As our ideal candidate

　　• You hold a technical college diploma or any equivalent field;

　　• You have three (3) to five (5) years of working experience in the manufacturing and aeronautic industry. Knowledge of aircraft interior completion is an asset;

　　• You have strong interpersonal skills and you are a good team player;

　　• You have excellent oral and written communication skills;

　　• You have the capacity to produce high-quality synthetic documents reflecting your strong analytical mind;

　　• You have a great sense of autonomy, have a customer-oriented approach and are able to meet a deadline;

　　• You have good computer skills in a Windows environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams, etc.;

　　• You are proficient in SAP;

　　• You have logical and flexible mindset, show initiative and demonstrate overview/detailed approaches;

　　• You are organized, a vector of change and focused on solutions;

　　• You are fluent in French, written and spoken. Knowledge of English is an asset;
