The Plant Manager will develop systems and processes to optimize productivity and meet production targets. The Plant Manager will implement a zero-incident safety culture and achieve operational and budgeting metrics. The incumbent should be experienced with managing a team. The role is salaried in the $110K+ range. This is a top priority hire for the company! Non-ferrous metals and metal recycling industry experience is required.

　　Manage the total operations of the yard with a hands-on approach organizing the inventory, overseeing the loading, and unloading of trucks, directing individuals and the team to achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly budget targets.
