Job Summary

　　If you are seeking for an opportunity to grow at Emerson, we have an exciting role for you! We are looking for a MW Lab Engineer to work with our Metal Welding Engineering Team. You are in charge of Metal welding technology support and tool setup and test and lab management and supply to continuous growth by crafting customer value and improving the brand value of the company by supporting sales department and customers.

　　In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

　　Application review for application of MW method and feasibility report for best results.

　　MW tool check, Lab equipment management, Schedule management,

　　Run a laboratory, sets up tasks for Horn / Anvil and produces a test report and supports tool set up & equipment for the best weld quality in the field.

　　Carry out equipment management and 5S of laboratory and concentrate on prevention of safety.

　　In case of welding quality problems, identify the cause and propose solutions, and provide differentiated technical services to our customers for competitive advantage.

　　For This Role, You Will Need:

　　Associate degree or equivalent experience or higher in Engineering or other related fields

　　Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel.

　　Fresh graduates are welcome.

　　Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people.

　　Good communication skills in both Korean and English.

　　Software programming skills & proficiency in CAD Operating Skill.

　　Traveling is s part of the job as required.
