　　Because our merchandisers work with various individuals, including customers, account managers, store managers, and associates, we are in search of candidates who exude an outgoing and dependable demeanor. You must possess adaptability, a pleasant personality, and appearance, and approach tasks with impeccable organization. Essential skills include attentive listening and effective problem-solving. This is a fast paced, physically demanding position that requires the ability to lift items weighing 40 lbs or more regularly, along with frequent bending and twisting, pull pallets of product from the back room to the sales floor, and the capacity to stand for 5-8 hours during shifts spanning 32-40 hours per week. Anticipate occasional overtime during holidays and peak seasons. This role necessitates comfort with both independent work and collaborative team environments. Furthermore, candidates MUST have a reliable vehicle with valid insurance, and a dependable smartphone is essential for communication and work hour tracking.
