Let\'sRedefine Possible SUMMARY Responsible for providing overall directionand leadership on a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) dominantproject or for MEP scopes of work on medium to large projects to includethe management of project quality, timeliness, safety, as well asmentoring the project team. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the overallfinancial health of projects Develop and maintain project financialprojections and equipment projections Determine and allocate projectestimate into financial system Determine cost codes, approve invoices,and make necessary budget management decisions Provide financials andbillings to Accounting for timely payment Create monthly owner billingsManage subcontracts and suppliers for the project Oversee budget for andmake selections of trade partners and suppliers Handle billings andcontract management, including contract buyouts Oversee the 3-Dcoordination process to resolve all conflicts prior to installationDirect and manage the commissioning process on the project inclusive ofthe start up plan, COT, commissioning schedule, and functional testingLead all activities required in the project closeout inclusive ofoperations and maintenance manuals, model turn over, and training ManageAssistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s) Provide jobassignments and manage career development Approve time cards for on-siteteam members Provide ongoing feedback of work performance Function asthe main point of contact with the owner and on-site representativeAssist with the review of the owner agreement Resolve site concerns forthe owner or representative Provide frequent interactions and service tobuild positive relationships and future work opportunities Manage changeorders, determine when to submit to the owner or on-siterepresentatives, obtain the customer/architect\'s approval Maintainschedule and budget until project completion Provide high levelmanagement of quality, risk, safety, and compliance for the project andteam members Effectively work and build relationships with those ofdiverse backgrounds and organizational levels Lead team members byexample, offer effective coaching and feedback, and effectively manageperformance QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor\'s degree in Construction, Civil, orArchitectural, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalentfield experience Minimum seven years construction management experience,preferably experience with a Mechanical or Electrical Contractor Currentdriver\'s...
