What You'll Do:
Provide direct supervision of clients and interacts therapeutically.
Evaluate client's behavioral and emotional issues.
Interact with and supervise clients during daily activities in a manner thatensures their safety and security.
Provide effective facility security including conducting headcounts, roomchecks, and observing client movement.
Observe client behavior and intervenes appropriately.
Demonstrate appropriate use of client intervention skills and Safe CrisisManagement (SCM) techniques; monitors client interventions and providesguidance to other employees as necessary.
Facilitate and document various groups or meetings; monitors thedocumentation process to ensure all services are documented as necessary eachshift.
What We'd Like for You to Have:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited program required; degree inan area of human services preferred.
Non-communicable diseases physical exam.
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
Ability to work overtime as required.
Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employmentchecks; including but not limited to employment and/or personal referenceand driving records.
Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used bythe department
Wage: $21.00 per hour
