　　Responsibilities:

　　In this role, you will work under the direction of the RN to provide care for the patients on the unit. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to; taking vital signs, EKG, assisting or providing patients with bedside care, i, e. Bathing, mouth care, and skin care. In addition to CCT responsibilities, the Mental Health Associate MHA will provide emotional support to the behavioral patients. The MHA will assist in carrying out the behavioral plan of care such as diversional activities while keeping the patient's safety at the forefront,

　　Qualifications:

　　A baccalaureate degree in a psychology or related field or a minimum of 5 years of recent behavioral health experience is required. A minimum of one year of experience, training, or education in the field of treatment is preferred. Maintains Heart Saver CPR Certification course completion status. Successful completion of all orientation programs. You must possess excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills. Previous behavioral health experience preferred.
