A Membership Concierge will ensure the personalized service, before, during, and after their stay, timely reservations with the option to request location and room, preferential rates on all-inclusive packages, and discounts on amenities are some of the benefits that membership holders, their family members, and friends using the membership as guests will receive.

What will I be doing?

A Membership Concierge is vital to ongoing customer satisfaction levels within the property and must ensure working and orderly facilities while offering a consistently positive attitude to Members. Specifically, will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Problem resolution: assist members with situations during their stay, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.Complaint management: escalation process in specific situations.Request management: follow-up on specific reservation requests.Control of pre-contacts and follow-ups by the membership assistant.Professional follow-up on emails from members with issues.What are we looking for?
