　　Responsibilities

　　Greet and welcome new members to the credit union in a courteous, professional and timelyProvide prompt and accurate services, efficient member transactionsOpen new accounts, assist members with completing forms, properly onboard new membersProvide insight into their financial affairs, helping members to make prudent financial decisions and build life member relationshipsReceives member's phone calls, reponds to inquiries/questions appropriately and directs them to appropriate staff personnel that will meet their financial need.  Process member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and Visa credit card paymentsMaintain a cash drawer and ensure the cash drawer is in balance and within credit union limits at all timesEnsure that transactions are processed properly and in accordance with all applicable credit union policies and procedures as well as all federal laws and regulationsOther duties as assigned
