Member Services and Billing Coordinator

　　The Member Services and Billing Coordinator is a critical role at The Gathering Spot, focused on maintaining strong relationships with our members and ensuring their membership renewal. This position combines elements of customer service, payment recovery, and administrative support to ensure the club’s financial health.

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Member Outreach:

　　Actively reaching out to members via text, phone calls, and emails.

　　Developing personalized strategies to re-engage members based on their feedback and preferences.

　　Payment Processing and Financial Management:

　　Executing daily dues charges

　　Accurately updating financial records or other accounting software to reflect current dues status.

　　Applying credits to member accounts as per club policies.

　　Assist in the monthly bill run process, including overseeing charge execution and addressing any related issues.

　　Membership Status Management:

　　Updating member statuses in the database, including marking declining members as permanently delinquent and renewing members as active.

　　Monitoring and managing membership/corporate renewals, ensuring timely and accurate updates.

　　Communication and Notification:

　　Sending out renewal reminder emails and notifications to members, ensuring they are aware of upcoming dues and any changes in membership terms.

　　Proactively reaching out to corporate members for renewals and updating their payment methods.

　　Administrative Support:

　　Assisting in creating and maintaining comprehensive and accurate membership records.

　　Collaborating with other departments to align membership engagement strategies with overall club goals.

　　Reporting on membership trends and providing insights for strategic decisions.

　　Customer Service:

　　Providing high-quality customer service to address member inquiries and resolve issues related to billing and membership status.

　　Building and maintaining positive relationships with members to foster a sense of community and loyalty.
