Looking for Siemens EDA ambassadors: Lead Member Consulting Staff (RTL/DSP)

As an HW accelerator designer, you will collaborate with algorithm architects and a team of designers to derive architecture and micro-architecture decisions, implementation and optimization of algorithms to turn them into low power custom hardware accelerator using high level synthesis methodology.

Job Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with 5 to 11 years of RTL design experience , including proficiency in Verilog, SystemVerilog , and digital microarchitecture . A BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience is required, while a MS degree is preferred.

Strong experience in breaking down digital signal processing algorithms into Micro/RTL architecture , making informed cost and quality trade-offs .

Proficient in C/C++ , Python , and Bash for system-level programming and design automation.

Solid understanding of basic processor architecture and its application in RTL design.

Experience with High-Level Synthesis (HLS) for ASICs or FPGAs is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

Familiarity with the complete ASIC design cycle , from specification through bring-up , is preferred.
