  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Part-Time Member Account Representative - Somerset -DF1795 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Hourly Wage: \$18.72 - \$20.96(candidates with significant related experience may be higher) Thiscareer opportunity is eligible for a \$1,000 hiring bonus! Description:This position involves the ability to accurately process Membertransactions as requested. Open new accounts, process consumer loansapplications, and provide basic financial counseling for Members.Responsible for actively building relationships by meeting and exceedingthe needs of our Members with Royal\'s products and services.Responsible for demonstrating electronic services, and resolving Memberinquiries or issues in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner.Assist with the mentoring and training of team members. Support NPS (NetPromoter Score) initiatives in the office by providing exceptionalservice, guided by Royal\'s Core Values, creating loyal Members.Benefits: This position is benefits eligible. Work Schedule: Part-time, workingapproximately 24 hours per week. Variable hours between 7:45am - 5:45pmMonday through Friday and every other Saturday from 8:45am 12:15pm.***Prior to starting normal schedule, candidate must attend Full-Timetraining from 9:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday for 3 weeks at ourCorporate Center in Eau Claire, WI. Mileage reimbursement and/or hotelaccommodations provided.
