Global M&E Operations Process Coordinator will play a critical role on the Meetings & Events team. In this role you will work with the M&E Operations Associate Process Manager and Associate Training Manager to help to translate the overall objectives into globalized standard operating procedures that support the operational infrastructure and service delivery effectiveness. This role is responsible for assisting with writing and development.As an ideal candidate you are an analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. You are detail oriented and use continuous feedback and examples to support and drive decision-making ultimately working backwards to exceed expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with writing and updating of process documentation such as SOP or work instructions, training materials, workflows, customer journey mapsLog, manage and maintain the SOP directory, obtain all approvals prior to implementation and adhere to cadence for updatesFollow best practices of all required departmental templates and document retention requirementsAssist with process document request intake, document creation support, document approvals or other document project related tasksCoordinate the SOP implementation and training plan according to established timelineAssist with the development of the training effectiveness action plan and materials for re training, as neededCollect feedback and assist with continuous process improvement reviewsOther related tasks as assignedBasic QualificationsWorking knowledge of the meetings & events, and travel industry2+ years assisting with organizational initiativesAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to help manage and prioritize multiple/competing projects and timelinesStrong communication skills verbal and writtenPreferred Qualifications2-4-year college degree or equivalent work experience3rd-Party meeting management vendor/agency operations, consulting, training and/or SOP writing experience a bonusExperience working in project management technology e.g. Asana, Smartsheet, Jira or equivalentExperience communicating with all levels of stakeholdersJLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
