　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　At Henrico Doctors’ Hospital, our Medical Surgery Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care to medical patients and complex care patients (strokes, wounds, brain injury, general debilitation, respiratory issues and trachs). In addition to assessing, planning and evaluating patient care needs, you will also assist in rehabilitating our patients so they are able to move to acute rehab or discharged. We are an amazing, hardworking team who is looking for a phenomenal addition like you!

　　You will communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers as well as document required information according to hospital policy

　　Our nursing staff is expected to present themselves in a professional manner

　　You must function in an organized and time conscious manner

　　Requirements

　　Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)

　　Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license

　　Current BLS & ACLS certification
