　　Join our dedicated team in the rewarding role of Medical Scheduler. We are a company committed to providing exceptional home care services, and we're seeking a skilled individual to manage scheduling, HR administrative functions, and ensure the smooth operation of our caregiver staff.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Coordinate day-to-day activities of caregivers.

　　Answer phones, take inquiries, and provide excellent telephone assistance.

　　Receive referrals and convert inquiries into appointments.

　　Perform phone screens for applicants.

　　Assist with recruiting, hiring, orientations, and disciplinary actions.

　　Handle payroll duties, including verifying time sheets and updating telephony records.

　　Maintain documentation of associate work records in the software system.

　　Communicate continually with associates and clients to evaluate service.

　　Respond promptly and courteously to all client calls.

　　Handle general office and clerical functions.

　　Requirements

　　Education and Experience:

　　High School graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience.

　　Experience with staffing and recruiting preferred.

　　Home care agency experience preferred.

　　Basic office and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

　　Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.

　　Strong inside sales skills, able to convert inbound inquiries into appointments.

　　Knowledge of common medical terminology.
