Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Medical Records Clerk located in Racine, Wisconsin. This role involves managing and organizing medical records within a healthcare setting. The workplace is dynamic and fast-paced, and the holder of this position will be expected to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain health information data, ensuring its quality, accuracy, accessibility, and security

• Utilize various classification systems to code and categorize patient information for databases and registries

• Use EHR SYSTEM, Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, and MEDITECH for data management and record keeping

• Manage and update patient records in accordance with federal, state, and healthcare provider requirements

• Operate Microsoft Excel to track, record, and maintain data and produce charts and graphs as necessary

• Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and legal requirements to maintain patient's privacy

• Assist in clinical trial operations, ensuring compliance with standard procedures and protocols

• Perform high volume data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.

End of Responsibilities. Requirements • Proficiency in the use of Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, EHR SYSTEM, MEDITECH, and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to create charts and graphs to represent medical data.

• Experience with Clinical Trial Operations.

• Understanding of compliance regulations in a healthcare setting.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient records.

• High-speed data entry skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with medical personnel and patients.

• Must be detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Understanding of medical terminology and documentation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
