Ability to perform repetitive tasks with small parts.
Comfortable sitting at a workstation for the majority of the day.
Excellent hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Experience with small parts assembly using tools such as tweezers is beneficial.

Adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
Capable of working effectively in a team environment.
Disciplined in following policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Eager to participate in training and skill development activities.
Able to understand and follow computer-based work instructions.

Specific responsibilities include assembly as outlined in SOPs, following supervisor instructions, using tools and equipment properly, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in all work.
