Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis. The successful Medical Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries related to medical services.
Verifying patient information and updating records accurately.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare professionals.
Handling billing and insurance-related queries.
Providing information about medical procedures, services, and general inquiries.
Resolving customer issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare customer service role is highly desirable.
Familiarity with insurance processes and billing procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
