　　Location: Columbus, Ohio

　　Pay: $16-24.50/hr (Based on experience/certifications)

　　Description:

　　The Medical Assistant will work at a Family Medical Practice in the Central Columbus area.

　　Will room patients, take vitals, and enter patient information.

　　Will perform clerical duties such as scheduling patients, answering phone calls, documentation, etc.

　　Will help set up procedure rooms for biopsies, women's minor outpatient procedures

　　Will train and work alongside another MA for the first week or two, or longer depending on skills

　　This is a very very busy practice that has 28 exam rooms, 4 pods - 2 MA stations with a computer in each pod, with 2 MAs assigned to each pod. In one day will assist anywhere from 2-4 providers.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　1+ years of recent experience.

　　Must have basic skills including rooming patients, taking vitals, patient care, venipuncture, and blood draws.

　　Must have a Medical Assisting diploma from an accredited institution.
