We are immediately hiring for a Medical Assistant opening here in the Columbus area! This is a long-term, career opportunity working at a family medicine clinic in one of the largest physician networks in the Columbus area!

　　Shift: 1st Shift, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

　　Description:

　　The Medical Assistant will work at a Family Medical Practice in the Central Columbus area.

　　Will room patients, take vitals, and enter patient information.

　　Will perform clerical duties such as scheduling patients, answering phone calls, documentation, etc.

　　Will help set up procedure rooms for biopsies and women's minor outpatient procedures

　　Will train and work alongside another MA for the first week or two, or longer depending on skills

　　Environment:

　　This is a very very busy practice with multiple exam rooms and providers. You can expect to work with anywhere from 2-4 providers depending on the day.

　　This clinic houses a mix of both physicians in their residency and permanent providers/physicians with 10+ years of experience.

　　Qualifications:

　　Must have a Medical Assisting diploma from an accredited institution.

　　Do NOT have to be Certified, although that would be a plus.

　　Pay will be based on experience and certifications.
