The Position
Throughout the lifecycle of Jardiance products, MA lead develops S. Korea scientific strategies and leads the implementation of the corresponding Korea activities to achieve the Integrated Brand Plan (IBP) objectives These strategies are part of a cross-functional effort (CRM Franchise interaction) to provide scientific guidance and clinically meaningful information.
Ensuring that the right patients can take advantage of the full benefits of Boehringer ingelheim products. The strategics should help to drive the business for Jardiance product.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for the tactical translation and execution fo strategy at Korea
Drive Business Results/Process/Cross-Functional Collaboration
Responsible for the maximization of delivering clinical benefits of Jardiance from a medical perspective
Responsible for developing, executing or overseeing scientifically relevant and innovative KR MA programs
Responsible for developing and maintaining medical expertise for the relevant Jardiance to meet external customer needs, in combination with a thorough understanding of CRM Franchise strategies/tactics
Support knowledge and skill sharing within the Medical Affairs Jardiance organization
Ensure that there are development plans for direct reports (MSL) and that they are being implemented on the agreed timelines
Ensure that proper coaching is provided
Requirements
Doctoral Degree in Medicine, Medical Doctor.
Strong leadership experience (team player, cross functional collaboration, ability to interact with senior stakeholders)
Strong Medical Affairs experience and knowledge
Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and in writing) would be an asset
