The Media Manager is responsible for the planning and implementation of all paid media for the brand. The role is responsible for ensuring that brands intimately understand the traditional, digital, and social media preferences of target consumers, flawlessly build consumer campaigns, and execute campaigns that are consistent with those preferences. The role is responsible for thinking consumer first. This position will have access to a range of confidential information and so will require the personal characteristics of discretion and integrity.
What You Will Achieve
• Understanding Of Local Consumer Behaviors: Develops specific recommendations on how to move consumers through the awareness, consideration, and conversion funnel
• Digital Marketing Trends: Stays up to date with competitor's activity and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, threats, opportunities, and programmatic media buying
• Works with Digital/ Advertising Agency: To set targets, tracks metrics and KPIs and monitors campaign performance to meet the overall brand objectives. Briefs and manages digital agencies relationships, including day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules to achieve expected results
• Drives The Affiliate's Commercial Performance: Through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement, leads and drives the Consumer Engagement Team and key media agencies (Facebook, Google) in target-setting as well as post-campaign evaluations. Owner of leader of Regional tools i.e. Media Tool, Traackr.

Qualifications
What You Will Need
• Degree/Masters in Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, Communications or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing/Media Strategy/Communications
• Experience in beauty industry is an added advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written English and in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Analytical and resourceful
• Good understanding of digital landscape and digital planning knowledge
• Strong understanding of media fundamentals and strategic planning capabilities
