About Mechanical Supervisor

　　Description/Job Summary

　　Supervise Maintenance Section functions.

　　Manage spare stock purchasing & store stock application (SSA).

　　Execute special improvement projects.

　　Oversee engineers' and techs' work.

　　Prepare and train engineers and techs.

　　Must know and follow all ISO procedures for Maintenance Section.

　　Review all work orders, P.M., records, and forms.

　　Review/Approve evaluation for engineers and techs.

　　Maintain housekeeping and 5S.

　　Order parts/repair (Issue P/R).

　　Coordinate with Scheduling and Production for scheduled P.M. and major repair.

　　Modify root cause problem, analysis improvement.

　　Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager.
