Construction Superintendent

　　The Commercial Plumbing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of commercial plumbing projects, from initiation to completion. This role requires a combination of technical plumbing expertise, project management skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively, along with the capacity to handle project submittals, schedules, and RFIs.

　　Skills & Responsibilities

　　• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing or a related field.

　　• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a plumbing or construction environment.

　　• Strong leadership and team management skills.

　　• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

　　• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations.

　　• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

　　• Proficient in project management software and tools.

　　• Experience with handling project submittals, schedules, and RFIs.

　　• Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing or project management (e.g., PMP, licensed plumber).
