Job Description:

　　Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mechanical Engineering Manager​ to join our team! In this role you will get to assist and support our client in delivery of a large-scale master planned public realm design within the heart of Riyadh city center. Must be able to review and understand project documents for technical accuracy and quality to ensure adherence to project plan.

　　What You’ll Be Doing

　　Preparing scope of work and change order technical documents, chairing technical meetings and taking minutes of meeting, resolving issues and developing solutions, understanding issues that resolve around schedule and budget compliance and value management.

　　Requires proficiency in the application of design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts. Must be confident in resolving technical issues through review and discussion with design consultants, design reviewers and our client team. Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages, as well as demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong presentation skills.

　　What Required Skills You’ll Bring

　　Bachelor’s degree in mechanical from an accredited international Top university.

　　Minimum 15 years’ experience in large-scale projects including having overall responsibility for Mechanical / Utilities engineering on large-scale Resort projects.

　　Knowledge of Mechanical / Utilities design, production techniques, codes and standards, building materials, and construction methods.

　　Expertise must have been gained from working for Western Internationally reputed firms.

　　Must have led large Design Department working with top international firms an on prestigious projects.

　　Knowledge of precedents in the specialty area and knowledge of principles and practices of related engineering design methods and systems.

　　Knowledge of the building industry, regulatory standards and design criteria pertinent to architectural work.

　　Skilled in verbal and written communication.

　　Demonstrated leadership skills.

　　Knowledge of international procedures, design guides, automated and administrative practices.

　　Knowledge of major Design tools and applications for his discipline
