Mechanical Engineer (Intern - Summer 2024)

　　SRC, Inc. (https://www.srcinc.com) is seeking a Mechanical Engineering intern for summer 2024 to join our team. Candidates will help support and learn about mechanical engineering applications across our radar, communications, and electronic warfare technology platforms.

　　What You’ll Do

　　Use fundamental mechanical engineering principles to solve design challenges

　　Work as part of a team to create and edit CAD part & assembly models

　　What You’ll Bring

　　Two years of college with a degree focused in mechanical engineering

　　A minimum grade point average of 3.3

　　Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills

　　Must be U.S. citizen

　　Ways to Stand Out

　　Experience with CAD modeling software, in particular, SolidWorks

　　Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $22 to $26/hour. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
