　　The ideal candidate has the following experience, education or qualifications:

　　Experience in designing any of the following mechanical systems:

　　HVAC ductwork sizing and layout, HVAC load calculations, HVAC pipe sizing and layout.Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.

　　A thorough understanding of the coordination aspects of all design disciplines and how they impact the project.

　　Team-oriented problem solving skills and decision-making ability.

　　Ability to organize work and multi-task.

　　Detail oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.

　　Good written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.

　　Ability to work together with the project manager, discipline lead engineer and all team members on assigned engineering tasks assuring technical expectations, schedule and manpower budgets are met.

　　Associate's Degree or studies toward Bachelor Degree in Engineering or an Engineering-related curriculum from an accredited college or university.

　　Minimum 5 years' experience specific to building systems.
