A Place to Be Proud.ResponsibilitiesP.M. Program: Inspect, clean, repair, service and test equipment. Log operating data and provide input recommendation for improved operating performance. Inspect all operating equipment daily, troubleshooting any possible malfunctions and make repairs. Maintains assigned Equipment Rooms and Equipment in a neat, clean, clutter free environment, and paints when necessary.Performs installation, maintenance, repair and testing of: all mechanical systems, all steam systems, basic plumbing systems, basic electrical systems/equipment/controls, basic HVAC systems, and basic refrigeration systems.- Mechanical systems to include: Pneumatic tube system and components, medical gas system and components, fluid pumping systems, parking garage and lot equipment, hospital beds, wheelchairs and some furnishings, sump pumps, pits and associated controls, refrigeration units and components (including dietary equipment), and appliances of various descriptions (residential and commercial). Welding and Fabrication of steel and sheet metal components.- Electrical systems/equipment/controls to include: Receptacles, switches and light ballasts, equipment disconnects, motor starters, relays, variable drives, equipment whips installations and light fixtures of all types.- Plumbing systems to include: Faucets and flush valves, operation of drain cleaning equipment, domestic cold water pump sets, domestic hot water heating units and circulating pumps, drain line repairs of various line sizes, specialty wate
