About MDS Coordinator/RN

　　MDS Coordinator (RN required) - Full Time / Part Time PrimaryResponsibilities: Ensures accurate and timely completion of all residentassessment instruments including MDS sheets, face sheets, triggersheets, RAP summaries, and care plans. Upon a resident\'s admission,logs patient in on appropriate calendar and assists in initiating theassessment process. Prerequisites: Registered Nurse licensed by theCommonwealth of Massachusetts. Two (2) years previous experience in longterm care. Knowledge of DPH, OBRA, JCAHO, Medicare regs and MDS process.Experience working within an interdisciplinary team approach to care.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: \$42.00 - \$47.00 per hour
