　　Robert Half is representing a long-term client in their search for an experience full cycle AR Specialist. They have a dynamic team where positivity, teamwork, and a caring executive branch define their culture. If you are an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with a positive attitude and a knack for full cycle AR, cash applications, billing, collections, and bank reconciliations, we want you to be a part of our client's success.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Full Cycle AR: Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.

　　Cash Applications: Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies.

　　Billing: Generate and send invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to billing schedules.

　　Collections: Proactively follow up on overdue accounts, maintaining a firm yet professional approach to secure timely payments.

　　Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy between financial records and bank statements.

　　Intermediate Excel: Utilize intermediate Excel skills to analyze and present financial data effectively.

　　Work Environment:

　　This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work each week. Enjoy a collaborative team, positive culture, and the opportunity to work with a caring executive branch and supportive AR Manager.

　　Requirements

　　5+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable

　　Analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy

　　Current and relevant ERP system experience preferably in NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other major systems

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting or equivalent experience

　　Bank statements experience preferred

　　Strong familiarity with cash applications

　　Billing experience preferred

　　High attention to detail
