Project difficulty will be tailored to the individual.Collect information on new and existing processes, explore what works, what doesn't, and why. Create reports and use lessons learned to make improvements.Apply fundamental engineering principles and equations to real world problems in a manufacturing environment. Use AutoCAD and Inventor to layout and detail designs.Discuss problems and designs with employees across all levels of the organization. This will include operators, engineers, maintenance personnel, and managers.Adapt to problems. Some problems that you will face may be ambiguous and multivariant. When problems arise, you will be able to use your resourcefulness and adaptability.Qualifications
