　　Strategic of Material : Inventory Days 49, CRD & CSD : Trade 98.5% Interco : 95% , non-active & excess for total : below 3.7% of total inventory,-고객의 LTP Demand를 검토하여, 중기 13주의 생산 장비의 Capacity를 검토하고, 단기간의 대응 방안 Overtime, Capacity 증설 계획을 고려하여, 최적의 생산 계획 및 고객 납품 계획을 수립.

　　-Out Molding & Manual Assembly Demand review, Capacity Review, Hottest Item review & Action Plan, Purchase Requisition Release

　　-Inventory Days을 최소화 시키기 위한 Purchase, Production Lot Size를 결정하며, Non-active & Excess등의 불필요한 비용을 발 생을 줄임으로 회사 이익에 상반되는 불필요한 비용 발생의 요소들을 억제하여, 생산성이나 수익을 극대화 함.
