JOB REQUIREMENTS: Heartland Technology Group Description:PositionSummary: Responsible for the organization and functionality of building5, 6, and 7 in terms of raw material storage. Utilize Operation Managerson each shift as conduits to control overlooked tasks/ jobresponsibilities of Material Handlers. Schedule and process all inboundshipments. Verify, unload, and receive in all inbound shipments using ahandheld scanner. Scan and process all documents. Maintain warehouseorganization by putting raw materials away, organizing raw materials,and removing raw materials using a roll clamp, standup, swing mast andsit-down tow motor. Assist the Materials, Shipping, and Production Teamswith raw material needs. Roles and Responsibilities/ EssentialFunctions: * Understand, support and act within the company\'s CoreValues. * Adhere to the mandatory Safety requirements. * Manage /maintain Kanban purchasing. * Use a stand-up, roll clap and sit-downforklifts efficiently and safely. * Examine contents and compare withrecords, such as packing slips to verify accuracy of incoming rawmaterials and report all damages on shipments. * Help with disbursementof raw materials and supplies that are used in the production area. *Coordinate and load the removal of recyclables from the facility. *Work with the Scheduling department on raw materials. * Keep the POSdepartment. supplied with raw materials. * Change the forkliftbatteries, as needed. * Work with utilities on raw materials inventoryand ensure accuracy. * Ownership of POS Core and Box Kanban and 5SReceiving Area. * Assist with monthly and yearly physical inventory. *Ensure proper operating procedures (SOP\'s) are followed. * Ensureclean and safe work area. * Ability to be flexible to backfill inshipping and to fill in in production as needed. This may include, butnot limited to running a press, pulling dies, plates, etc. * Otherduties as assigned by supervisors or leads.
