  JOB SUMMARY

  To support manufacturing through accurate and timely kitting and dispatch of materials. Ensure accurate

  inventory records and traceability through documentation and accurate inventory transactions. Perform timely

  transactions into stockroom. Following the department procedures should be able to perform the followings jobs:

  Stockroom, cycles count, return to stocks, WIP support, receiving or receiving inspection, reconcile inventory

  variances and adjust accordingly.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  · Put material away in the stockrooms using RF scanners in SAP and verify the associated transaction

  on the system.

  · Physical and system movement of material to other locations.

  · Pull material and split them as required using the system base kit pull procedure.

  · Dispatch materials to manufacturing area.

  · Count all the material coming back from de the line to ensure the system is accurate.

  · Reconcile inventory variances.

  · Complete material disposition reports forms.

  · Accurately back flush material in the ERP system.

  · Cycle counting of warehouse and manufacturing area.

  · Ensure accurate inventory records.

  · Maintain areas organized in compliance with 5S.

  · May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  · Provide support to all Safety, Health and Environment (EHS) programs and initiatives in order to

  support our zero accident culture.

  JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  · Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related

  software.

  · Ability to write simple correspondence.

  · Read and understand visual aid.

  · Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.

  · Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. ·

  · Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

  · Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.

  · Exhibits ability to use inventory software efficiently.

  · Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.

  · Demonstrates awareness of proper warehouse safety procedures.

  EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  · High School equivalency.

  · 2 - 3 years of Warehouse or receiving experience.

  · Or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.

  WORKING CONDITIONS

  · Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.

  · Not climate-controlled office environmental.
