Responsable de mantener el nivel de inventario adecuado en los procesos de producción para mantener los procesos corriendo.

　　Responsable de realizar ciclo cuentos con la finalidad de asegurar la exactitud de inventario, de materia prima, en los procesos de producción; reportar cualquier anomalía en los ciclos cuentos para que el supervisor de materiales requiera el ajuste a almacén.

　　Responsable de mantener la identificación del proveedor y en su defecto identificar con el número de parte que corresponda la caja, bin, gaylord que corresponda.

　　Responsable de participar en los cambios de modelo, anticipándose a los mismos, retornando los excedentes y requiriendo los componentes del modelo entrante a almacén.

　　Responsable de participar durante las corridas pilotos de ingeniería y/o de producción asegurando de proveer los componentes del modelo requerido, así como de mantener el suficiente inventario para la piloto.

　　Responsable de utilizar el listado de materiales (BOM) para asegurar que los componentes que está recibiendo corresponden al modelo que se está produciendo o se va a producir.

　　Responsable de identificar con su número de parte las cajas parciales de materia prima que se van a retornar a almacén, en un cambio de modelo identificar antes de que se termine la producción, en una línea que concluyo la producción y que no va a correr se realizara al final de la producción.

　　Participar en eventos de mejora continua que le sea requerido por su supervisor, o bien que el proponga para la mejora de los procesos de suministro o procesos alternos de sus proveedores y clientes internos.

　　Responsable usar de manera segura la navaja, zapatos y accesorios que son provistos para el desempeño de su trabajo.

　　Responsable de participar en actividades o acciones relacionadas al mantenimiento y mejora de las 6’s que su supervisor le asigne.

　　Responsable de buscar oportunidades de mejora en sus procesos y/o procesos alternos para generar kaizen blitz relacionados con mejoras en seguridad, calidad, eficiencia, suministro, productividad.
