We also develop assembly systems for body-in-white construction and produce lightweight car body components in series. thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. is a world class manufacturer of suspension solutions headquartered in Hamilton, Ohio USA. thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America supplies products to a wide range of Original Equipment Automotive Manufacturers as well as Aftermarket and Motorsports.Your responsibilitiesDuties & Responsibilities: * Pick and pull material, either finished goods or components, as needed * Weigh count material as needed * Hand count material as needed * Able to obtain a license and operate various forklifts (order filler, stand-up reach, sit down electric, scissor lift) * Can properly label material * Able to read part number and quantity * Can use RF scanner to pick material and confirm TOs * Properly stack material for safe transportation * Able to load/unload material from trailer * Can operate dock leveler and dock lock * Demonstrate willingness to do whatever it takes to meet customer requirements: Examples: Work Saturdays on short notice, Work overtime on short notice, etc. * Able to operate banding machine * Able to operate stretch wrap machine * Demonstrate a willingness to move to other workstations to fill company needs. Follows all safety guidelines, required to wear Personal Protective EquipmentYour profileRequired Qualifications: * Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Use of hand tools and equipment . * Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
